Gynecomastia Before & After Photos

Gynecomastia is common and it is not a matter of being overweight. Men at every level of fitness have it, and it does not reliably respond to diet or training because glandular tissue is not fat. That is the single most useful thing to understand before comparing these photographs.
What to look for
Look at the contour of the chest in profile and the appearance of the nipple-areola area, which often changes as much as the overall shape. Where the condition was mostly glandular, the operation involves direct excision; where it was mostly fatty, liposuction may do most of the work. Most cases involve some of both, and the listings say which.
Scars and discretion
Incisions are usually placed at the edge of the areola where the change in colour helps conceal them. The after photographs show them plainly rather than hiding them, which is the point of a gallery like this.
