Breast lift results from Dr. Gehaan D’Souza in Carlsbad. A lift raises the breast and repositions the nipple without adding volume, so the change you are looking for in these photos is position and shape rather than size.
That distinction matters when you compare cases. Two patients can start in a similar place and end up looking quite different depending on how much skin was removed and where the scar was placed. The after photos here are honest about scars — they are visible in the early images and they fade, and seeing them is part of making an informed decision.
Lift, or lift with an implant?
This is the most common question patients bring to this gallery. A lift alone restores position but does not restore fullness at the top of the breast; if that is what you want back, an implant is usually part of the answer.
